Tori Stowell, MS, RDN, LDN, provides nutrition counseling for individuals with diabetes, weight concerns, cardiovascular diseases, gastrointestinal conditions, eating disorders, and other diagnoses. Prior to working for Lori Lieberman and Associates, Tori was an outpatient dietitian at Heywood Hospital in Gardner MA, where she worked closely with the endocrinology team and gained expertise in diabetes management. Tori has long been interested in treating disordered eating/eating disorders, and has trained with Lori in both Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E) and Family Based Treatment (FBT).

Tori’s counseling style is empowering and supportive – she likes to focus on optimizing nutrition by adding nutrient-dense foods, rather than through unnecessary restrictions. Her approach emphasizes positive and sustainable behavior changes, flexibility, and self-compassion. Tori is passionate about providing a weight neutral approach to nutrition and health.

Tori has her Master of Science Degree in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University, an undergraduate degree in Biology, and has completed Framingham State University’s Coordinated Program in Dietetics, followed by her dietetic internship.

In her free time, Tori enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs. She loves listening to podcasts and audiobooks, going for walks outside, and trying new recipes.
