Ivone Lurssen is a bilingual registered dietitian with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Public Health from Brown University. She has experience in diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular health, and nutrition research.

Her counseling approach is personalized, culturally sensitive, and supportive, emphasizing sustainable lifestyle changes and building a positive relationship with food. She provides nutrition counseling in both English and Spanish, helping clients develop practical strategies that align with their individual needs and goals.

Outside of work, Ivone enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with family and pets. She especially enjoys ramen, pizza, and salads.
