Multiple Sclerosis

Let me be honest. Diet will not cure your MS. But it certainly can impact your energy level, strength (by helping to maintain your muscle mass), and mobility, if weight is an issue. An increase in omega 3 fatty acids as compared to other categories of fats has been shown to help reduce inflammation in a range of autoimmune conditions, including MS. Maybe this diagnosis is just what you needed to start eating better and moving to a healthier place. Take it from me (Lori). I was diagnosed with MS in 2002 and have made a point of researching the subject to do all that I can to maintain my health.
