High Blood Pressure

Diet can have a major impact on your blood pressure. We’ll evaluate your intake for a range of factors to improve your blood pressure. A focus on what you can add to your diet, based on the DASH diet study (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) will be addressed, in addition to practical strategies to reduce your sodium intake, if necessary. We’ll also work with you to establish a healthy weight and activity level, to lower your risk of heart disease.
